I started a book yesterday and finished it today. It's been a while...this was long overdue. It's like my brain was craving it.
Recently, I got an email about an author visit (set to take place this Saturday coming up). The author is going to talk about her newest novel, I Crawl Through It. Having not read the novel, but hearing this author speak while I was in Minneapolis -- I was intrigued.
This novel was a roller-coaster of emotions and information. What's real? What's a dream? This all blended together in a ball of confusion at times. I am glad I read it, but now I feel I have a million questions.
Why a helicopter?
Then a boat?
Why red?
Why a crazy bush man?
Why a lab coat?
There are more, but I will stop there.
I am glad I read the book. I need to read more during the school year. I mean, I need to read more personal choices...not just papers to be graded.
